Description:Stand tall, keeping your chin up. Stabilize your hips preventing them from moving. Grab a kettlebell by the ball, or body of the kettlebell and then turn the kettlebell over at the back of the neck. Don’t let the kettlebell to move too far from the head. Allow the shoulders to move in a complete circle. Engage your core drawing the belly button in towards the spine.
